These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through MelanMuse. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

All artworks sold on MelanMuse are physical fine art prints.

Each print is professionally produced and shipped to the customer. No digital files are sold or delivered. All products are made to order.

Orders & Production

Once an order is placed, it enters production shortly thereafter.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible. Production and delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.

Licensing & Terms of Use

All MelanMuse artworks are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a physical print from MelanMuse, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Permitted use

You may:

Display the artwork in your home or personal workspace
Gift the physical print to another individual

Prohibited use

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or scan the artwork
Resell the artwork for commercial purposes
Use the artwork in advertising, branding, or merchandise
Create derivative works based on the artwork
Claim the artwork as your own

Copyright

All artworks remain the intellectual property of MelanMuse.

Purchase of a physical print does not transfer copyright ownership.

Returns & Refunds

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
