What does MelanMuse sell? 

MelanMuse offers physical fine art prints. Each artwork is professionally printed on premium paper and shipped directly to you.

 

 

Are the prints original?

Yes. All artworks are original MelanMuse designs and are printed exclusively for each order.

 

How are the prints produced?

Each print is made to order using professional printing techniques and carefully selected fine art paper to ensure rich colors and lasting quality.


Do the prints come framed?

No. All prints are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your space.


What paper is used for printing?

We use high-quality matte fine art paper, chosen for its soft texture, depth of color, and elegant, non-reflective finish.


When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Where do you ship from?

Our prints are produced and shipped by professional print partners. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from a location closest to you.


Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Can I use the artwork commercially?

All MelanMuse artworks are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not permitted.
