All MelanMuse artworks are physical fine art prints and are made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns

Returned items are not accepted unless explicitly approved by us in advance.
